Terms and Conditions

These terms define how KunRestaurant works, what users and owners are responsible for, and the limits of the platform's role.

KunRestaurant helps people discover food and restaurants. Restaurants, owners, employers, event organizers, payment providers and other third parties remain responsible for the services, products and claims they provide.

1. Acceptance Of Terms

By accessing or using KunRestaurant, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use the platform.

These terms apply to visitors, registered users, restaurant owners, advertisers, job posters, professionals, contributors and anyone who accesses KunRestaurant services, pages, tools or content.

2. Platform Role

KunRestaurant provides restaurant discovery, recommendations, listings, content, owner tools, analytics, lead capture, job and hospitality-related information. We are not the restaurant, venue, employer, food provider, delivery provider, event organizer, travel operator, medical adviser, legal adviser or financial adviser unless explicitly stated in writing.

Restaurants, owners, employers, contributors and third-party providers are responsible for their own menus, prices, opening hours, food quality, ingredients, safety, hygiene, services, offers, events, claims, hiring decisions, payments, refunds, disputes and customer interactions.

3. Information Accuracy

KunRestaurant works to make discovery useful, but restaurant details may change without notice. Menus, prices, offers, availability, opening hours, location details, screening events, ratings, images and descriptions may be incomplete, delayed, user-submitted or provided by third parties.

Users should confirm important details directly with the restaurant or relevant provider before visiting, ordering, booking, paying, attending an event, relying on an offer or making any decision.

4. AI Suggestions And Rankings

AI-assisted answers, rankings, mood matches, food suggestions, trip ideas, owner insights, content ideas and recommendations are informational tools. They are not guarantees of experience, quality, availability, safety, suitability, dietary compatibility or business outcome.

Recommendations may be influenced by available profile quality, user intent, search terms, location signals, open-now information, saves, views, reviews, sponsorships, featured placement, verification status and other discovery signals.

Sponsored, featured, verified or prioritized placements do not mean KunRestaurant guarantees the restaurant, service, food, event, offer or outcome.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to use KunRestaurant lawfully, respectfully and without attempting to disrupt, scrape, overload, reverse engineer, exploit, impersonate, spam, defame, harass or misuse the platform.

You are responsible for decisions you make after using KunRestaurant, including where you visit, what you eat, what you buy, what information you share and how you interact with restaurants or third parties.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

6. User Content

If you post reviews, comments, images, listings, restaurant information, job posts, owner resources, feed posts or other content, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it does not violate law, privacy rights, intellectual property rights or platform rules.

You grant KunRestaurant a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to host, display, reproduce, edit, distribute, summarize, promote and use submitted content for operating, improving, marketing and protecting the platform.

We may moderate, edit, restrict, remove or refuse content at our discretion, especially where content appears inaccurate, harmful, unlawful, misleading, abusive, promotional, spammy or risky to platform trust.

7. Restaurant Owners, Claims And Business Tools

Restaurant claim, verification, owner dashboards, lead reporting, analytics, sponsored placement, marketing resources and profile management tools are provided to support visibility and business decisions. They do not guarantee traffic, customers, bookings, revenue, ranking position, search placement or sales.

Owners are responsible for keeping their restaurant information accurate, lawful and updated, including menu items, prices, offers, photos, hours, contact details, allergens, promotions and claims.

KunRestaurant may approve, reject, suspend or remove owner access, verification, sponsored placement or business features where necessary for trust, safety, policy compliance, legal risk or platform quality.

8. Leads, Calls, Bookings, Offers And Payments

KunRestaurant may help users contact restaurants, request callbacks, view offers, open maps, click WhatsApp, call, save, share or submit interest. These actions are not guaranteed reservations, orders, redemptions, payments or confirmed services unless a restaurant or third-party provider confirms them directly.

Any payment, refund, cancellation, food order, table booking, delivery, offer redemption, event attendance or dispute involving a restaurant or third-party provider is handled by that provider under its own terms.

9. Third-Party Services

KunRestaurant may link to maps, social media, delivery platforms, payment providers, messaging tools, restaurant websites, employer pages, analytics providers and other external services. These services are not controlled by KunRestaurant.

We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, pricing, accuracy, conduct, security, policies, transactions, disputes or outcomes.

10. Intellectual Property

KunRestaurant branding, design, software, page layouts, recommendation systems, platform content, dashboards, data structures and related intellectual property belong to KunRestaurant or its licensors, except for content owned by users, restaurants or third parties.

You may not copy, resell, scrape, clone, redistribute or commercially exploit KunRestaurant content, data, design or functionality without written permission.

11. Limitation Of Liability

KunRestaurant is provided on an as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KunRestaurant and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive or business losses arising from use of the platform.

This includes, without limitation, losses related to restaurant experiences, food quality, allergies, health issues, safety incidents, incorrect information, unavailable offers, missed bookings, third-party actions, employment decisions, user content, technical downtime, data loss, lost revenue or reliance on AI-assisted suggestions.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, KunRestaurant's liability will be limited to the minimum amount permitted by applicable law or the amount paid directly to KunRestaurant for the relevant service, whichever is lower.

12. Indemnity

You agree to protect KunRestaurant from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses arising from your misuse of the platform, your content, your restaurant or business information, your breach of these terms, your violation of law or your dispute with another user, restaurant, owner, employer or third-party provider.

13. Suspension And Changes

KunRestaurant may update, suspend, restrict or discontinue any feature, page, account, listing, ranking, recommendation, owner tool, sponsored placement or content area at any time for operational, legal, business, safety or platform quality reasons.

We may update these Terms as the platform evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing Principles

These Terms are intended to be interpreted in a way that gives KunRestaurant the fullest protection permitted by applicable law while preserving mandatory rights that cannot legally be waived.

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining sections continue to apply.
